The Chapel’s Summer Employment Program invites local businesses and organizations to partner with us by serving as employer placement sites for youth and young adults ages 16–21. By becoming an employer partner, you provide valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and workforce exposure that helps participants build confidence and prepare for future success.

What to Expect

Businesses and organizations interested in becoming an employer partner must complete and submit an Employer Interest Form for review and consideration. The information submitted will help our team better understand your business, workplace environment, and potential opportunities for participant placement.

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our team. A member of our team will then reach out to further discuss program requirements, employer expectations, and possible job placement opportunities for participants.
