Zone Descriptions:

• Registration & Check-In Center — Assist with participant and volunteer check-in, distribute race bibs, participant packets, volunteer badges, event materials, and answer general event questions.
• Wellness Checkpoint — Support healthcare partners with participant flow, health screening registration, educational materials, and wellness resource distribution.
• The Wellness Advantage Pavilion — Provide general support to resource partners and exhibitors by welcoming guests, assisting with participant flow, and ensuring visitors are connected with the appropriate health, wellness, and community resources.
• Thrive Marketplace Business Expo — Welcome vendors, assist exhibitors with booth support, answer guest questions, and help facilitate engagement between businesses and attendees.
• Nourish & Flourish Food Village — Support nutrition vendors and healthy living exhibitors by assisting with healthy eating education, cooking and meal preparation demonstrations, juicing and smoothie demonstrations, and distributing educational materials and samples.
• Hydration Station — Distribute bottled water and refreshments, monitor hydration supplies, restock stations throughout the day, and encourage participants to stay hydrated.
• Move to Improve Fitness Village — Assist instructors with Yoga and Zumba sessions, fitness demonstrations, participant engagement, equipment setup, and activity coordination.
• Future Leaders Youth Zone — Help supervise youth activities, family-friendly games, educational exhibits, and children's engagement activities.
• Community Champions Kickball Field — Support the Public Safety Kickball Competition by assisting with team check-in, scorekeeping, field operations, participant coordination, hydration, and spectator assistance.
• Inspiration Station Amphitheater — Assist with stage operations, guest speakers, live entertainment, performer support, and awards presentations.
• 1K Fun Walk & 5K Walk/Run Course — Serve as a race course marshal, assist with participant safety, direct walkers and runners, support the start and finish lines, and encourage participants throughout the event.
• Parking & Traffic Management — Assist with directing vehicles, managing parking areas, providing guest directions, and supporting traffic flow.
• Event Setup & Breakdown — Help with event setup before opening, including tents, tables, signage, staging, and equipment, as well as event breakdown and cleanup.
• Hospitality & Guest Services — Welcome participants, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and guests, answer questions, provide directions, and help create a positive and welcoming experience.
• General Event Support — Provide flexible assistance wherever needed throughout the event, helping organizers respond to changing needs.
