Thank you for your interest in participating in The Chapel's Health & Wellness Fair Business Expo. The Expo provides businesses and entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase products and services while supporting youth development initiatives in our community.

Will your booth provide:

Booth Setup

Setup begins Saturday, November 7 at 7:00 AM.
Booths must be completely set up no later than 8:30 AM.

Vendor Agreement

I understand and agree that:

Booth assignments are determined by event organizers.
Booth fees are non-refundable except if the event is cancelled.
Vendors are responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary for their booth setup, including tables, chairs, business signage, displays, and any other items needed to effectively exhibit their products or services.
Vendors are responsible for staffing their booths.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean booth area.
No alcoholic beverages are permitted.
Food vendors must comply with all applicable Leon County and State of Florida health requirements.
Vendors must remain open until the conclusion of the event.
Event organizers reserve the right to remove displays that are unsafe or inconsistent with the mission of the event.
