The Chapel’s Health & Wellness Fair is a community-centered event designed to encourage individuals and families to make wise, sustainable choices that support their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
The event will bring together healthcare professionals, wellness providers, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, fitness instructors, community leaders, entertainers, volunteers, and families for a full day of education, activity, connection, and celebration.
Net proceeds from the event will support youth initiatives provided by The Chapel’s Outreach Foundation, Inc., including:
A relaxed, family-friendly walk designed for children, families, seniors, beginner walkers, and participants of all fitness levels.
A community walk/run for recreational walkers, runners, fitness groups, and individuals seeking a fun and meaningful wellness challenge.
Discover products, services, and resources offered by local businesses, entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, and community partners.
Explore health screenings, preventive-care information, mental wellness resources, nutrition education, fitness activities, and healthy-living demonstrations.
Enjoy local musicians, performers, a live DJ, interactive fitness sessions, and family-friendly stage programming throughout the day.

The Business Expo provides an opportunity for local businesses, entrepreneurs, healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and community agencies to connect directly with event participants and guests.

Unless otherwise stated, vendors are responsible for providing all materials and equipment required for their booth, including tables, chairs, tents, signage, displays, promotional materials, and operational supplies.
Volunteers are essential to creating a safe, welcoming, and successful experience for participants, vendors, sponsors, and guests.
Individuals, students, families, churches, civic groups, community organizations, and corporate teams are invited to serve.
Registration may include an event T-shirt, race bib, participant packet, hydration, refreshments, and access to all Health & Wellness Fair activities. Items are subject to availability and applicable registration deadlines.
An in-person volunteer training session will be scheduled before the event. Volunteers are strongly encouraged to attend. All registered volunteers will be notified by email when the training date, time, and location are confirmed.
Sponsors help make the Health & Wellness Fair accessible, engaging, and impactful. Sponsorship support assists with event operations while increasing the amount of funding available for youth initiatives.

Registrations are generally non-transferable without prior approval from event organizers.
Registration fees are considered charitable contributions supporting community youth programs and are non-refundable, except if the Health & Wellness Fair is canceled by the organizers.
Arriving early allows sufficient time for parking, check-in, packet pickup, and warm-up activities.
Participant packets will be distributed at the Registration & Check-In Tent on the morning of the event.

Yes. The 5K event is open to both walkers and runners of all fitness levels.
No, the 1K Fun Walk and 5K Walk/Run are non-competitive participation events.
Yes. Strollers are welcome during the 1K Fun Walk. Please remain courteous to other participants and follow volunteer instructions.
Only trained service animals are permitted.
The event is planned to proceed rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, participants will be notified by email and updates will be posted on www.chapelofi.com.
No. Community members are welcome to attend the Health & Wellness Fair, visit vendor booths, enjoy entertainment, and participate in wellness activities even if they are not registered for the 1K or 5K.
